Fertilizer maker $CF reported 4Q15 net earnings attributable to stockholders of $26.5MM or $0.11 per diluted share, down 88.9% versus $238.3MM or $.96 per diluted share in 4Q14, hurt by lower net sales and higher cost of sales. Net sales fell 8.3% to $1.12Bil, as high global fertilizer supply led to lower average realized prices across segments.
