At June 30, 2015, $UTX had a revolving credit agreement with various banks permitting aggregate borrowings of up to $4.35Bil pursuant to a $2.20Bil revolving credit agreement and a $2.15Bil multicurrency revolving credit agreement both of which expire in May 2019.
