For the first nine months of 2015, $K's operating cash flow less CapEx was $580MM. This includes YTD investment in Project K of about $260MM. $K now expects full year cash flow of approx. $1.1Bil, up $100MM from its original estimates. $K reduced its core working capital as a percentage of sales by more than 1 point in first nine months of 2015.
