$XL 1Q15 10-Q: On March 30, 2015, XL-Cayman issued $500MM of subordinated notes due March 2045 with a fixed coupon of 5.5% that are guaranteed by XL-Ireland. The notes are listed on NYSE and were issued at 99.115% of the face amount and net proceeds were $488.4MM. Related expenses of the offering amounted to approx. $7.2MM.
