Oil and gas production components manufacturer $NOV faced deteriorating market conditions during 4Q15 to cap off a challenging year. For 2015, $NOV posted GAAP loss of $1.99 per share including restructuring, asset impairments, facility closure costs and other charges of $2Bil pretax.
