Sarasota, Florida-based $ROP said its orders were up 9% in 1Q16. Book to bill was 1.03 or greater in three segments and backlog was at $1.12Bil. The company added that gross margin was up 210 BPs to 62.1% and each of its four segments improved GM in 1Q16. EBITDA was up 4% and reached 34% EBITDA margins.
