In 1Q16, $WRI leased 1.5MM sq.ft. for about $26MM in annual base rent. This includes 207,000 sq.ft. of new space for $5.7MM in annual rent. Rent for new leases signed during 1Q16 increased about 35%. Renewals were up 9.5% so overall rent was up over 13%. $WRI has 11 active redevelopments with $59MM of new investments. Incremental ROI is about 11%.
