The U.S. Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Sales today reported a 5.7% increase in seasonally adjusted sales of new single-family houses in Aug. 2015 when compared to the revised July rate. For Aug., on a YoverY basis, sales of new single-family houses on a seasonally adjusted basis was up significantly by 21.5%.
