Homebuilding company $CAA said that it has announced the $300MM proposed public offering in aggregate principal amount of senior notes. Net income grew to $60.24MM or $1.25 per share from $29.82MM or $0.59 per share last year. Revenues rose to $332.66MM from $329MM.
