$CRS expects a reduction of $40-45MM in net pension expense for 2016 due to retirement plan changes. For FY17, the company now expects net pension expense to be approx. $39-44MM and expects to make a discretionary pension contribution of $100MM.
No better outlook on $MSFT. Even if the results beat a bit, the stock may move 4 to 6% higher, but won't go above $60.
