$COPT sold $210.7MM of suburban office assets in 3Q16. The assets totaled 1.1MM square feet for an average sale price per square foot of about $187 and were 92% occupied at June 30, 2016. $COPT sold $290.2MM of properties YTD, or 66% of its 2016 goal of $440MM. The company also executed a 50/50 JV with GI Partners on 6 data center shell properties.
