$WYN said depreciation rose in the 1Q16, as the company brought new long-term projects into service. In March, the company completed two notable capital markets transactions in March. At the corporate level, $WYN closed a $325MM, five year floating rate terms loan and used the proceeds to redeem the remaining $315MM outstanding.
