US-based office supply chain store $SPLS posted 3Q15 GAAP earnings of $198MM or $0.31 per diluted share, down 9% from 3Q14, including pre-tax charges of $40MM associated to the $ODP acquisition and $28MM primarily related to restructuring activities.
