Memory chip designer $RMBS reported a drop in 2Q16 earnings due to higher headcount related costs, rise in amortization expense, higher acquisition-related transaction costs and lower gain from IP sale. Net income fell to $3.88MM or $0.03 per share from $6.86MM or $0.06 per share last year. Non-GAAP EPS increased to $0.15 from $0.13.
