Energy company $DVN said that it has agreed to sell its 50% ownership interest in Access Pipeline to Wolf Midstream Inc. for CAD 1.4Bil, using current exchange rates. Under the terms of the agreement, The company's thermal-oil acreage is dedicated to Access Pipeline for an initial term of 25 years. The transaction is expected to close in 3Q16.
