Engineering services provider $FLR posted a decline in its 1Q16 results, hurt by $22MM pre-tax expenses associated with the recent acquisition of Stork.Net income during 1Q16 fell to $104MM, or $0.74 per share compared to $144MM, or $0.96 per share during 1Q15. Revenue came in at $4.42Bil, down 3%. Excluding items, $FLR earned $0.85 per share.
