J.P. Morgan analyst Michael Mueller asked about developments in Europe. $PSA CEO Ronald Havner said that occupancies for 1Q16 were 89.8% vs. 88.1% in 1Q15, up 1.9%. Realized rents were up 3.1%. As a result, overall RevPAR growth was 5.2% for the quarter. The company said that expenses in Europe were up 2.9%, with 6.7% NOI growth.
