$ETFC's average enterprise interest-earning liabilities decreased 3% to $37.3Bil for 3Q15 and declined slightly to $38.4Bil for 9 months ended Sept. 30, 2015, compared to last year. The decrease was primarily due to termination of $4.4Bil of legacy wholesale funding obligations during 3Q15, partially offset by increases in deposits.
