Hotel and leisure company $HOT said its REVPAR at its worldwide same-store owned hotels was $184.26 for FY15, compared to $182.82 a year ago. The increase in REVPAR was due to an increase in occupancy rates to 75.9% for FY15, compared to 73.1% a year ago. REVPAR and ADR were negatively affected by the unfavorable impact of foreign exchange rates.
