Petroleum company $APC said it has priced its tender offer to buy its outstanding 6.375% Senior Notes due 2017 at $1,250,000,000 and will buy only notes tendered up to April 21. $APC will pay note holders a total of $1,063.56 for each $1,000 principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest. The tender offer will expire on May 5.
