Oil and gas company $GPOR said its 2Q16 net production rose 40% to 664.7 MMcfe per day versus 2Q15, in line with previous outlook of 664-692 MMcfe per day. Net daily production mix was comprised of about 87% natural gas, 7% natural gas liquids and 6% oil.
$KMB down close to 4% after it misses on earnings and revenue. Forecasts are lower for the year.
It is official, with $T buying $TWX, it looks like distributors want to own the content production too. Expect some good competition between Netflix ($NFLX), AT&T, Comcast ($CMCSA) and others. However, will this be good for the consumers will not be decided soon.
