For 2016, $HST expects revenue growth of 3-4%, and comparable hotel revenue growth of 3.8-4.8%. $HST projects EPS of $0.80-0.84, NAREIT FFO per share of $1.65-1.69 and adjusted FFO per share of $1.65-1.69. $HST predicts net income of $612-641MM and adjusted EBITDA of $1.45-1.48Bil for 2016.
Apple ($AAPL) reported decline in sales and profits from comparable quarter last year, attributing the decline to announcement of iPhone 7/7s. Sales and profit are being guided higher for next quarter. Apple is a solid company and will continue to dominate tech and consumer electronics segment for a while. Personally, looks like there is little downside in this investment.
