$SE's operating revenue for 3Q15 fell by 9% from last year, due to the effects of a weaker Canadian dollar at Distribution and Western Canada Transmission and Processing, lower sales volumes of residual natural gas and lower NGL prices and sales volumes, and lower natural gas prices passed through to customers at Distribution.
