For 2015, $VNO said that it posted higher revenues of $2.5Bil vs. $2.3Bil in 2014. Net income for the year fell 13% to $679.9MM, or $3.59 per diluted share vs. $783.4MM, or $4.15 per diluted share for 2014, hurt by real estate impairment losses. FFO was $1,039.0MM, or $5.48 per diluted share vs. $911.1MM, or $4.83 per diluted share for 2014.
No better outlook on $MSFT. Even if the results beat a bit, the stock may move 4 to 6% higher, but won't go above $60.
