$FTR still invests in network speed and capacity to support goal of increasing broadband penetration and market share. $FTR expects to still increase broadband subscribers during remainder of 2015. At Sept. 30, 2015, 27% of residential broadband customers subscribed to speeds in excess of 6 Mbps basic speed tier, up from 24% at Dec. 31, 2014.
