REIT $LXP said in 1Q16 it sold one specialty/retail asset and 2 suburban office assets for about $58.2MM at a weighted-average capitalization rate of 6.5%. About $8.3MM of mortgage debt was retired related to these sales. $LXP completed 1.7MM sq. ft. of new leases and lease extensions in 1Q16, with early extensions forming most of this volume.
