On Dec. 21, 2015, $GWW entered into two debt agreements for a total of $50MM in conjunction with the construction of its new distribution center in Japan. Under the agreements, the repayment of the loans will begin in Feb. 2018 at JPY2Bil, payable annually through 2020. The loans bear an avg. interest at 0.83%.
