$AZO said gross profit, as a percentage of sales, was 52.8% in 3Q16 versus 52.3% in 3Q15. The growth was due to higher merchandise margins, partially offset by higher supply chain costs associated with current year inventory initiatives. OpEx, as a percentage of sales, was 32.2% versus 31.6% last year, due to higher legal expense and store payroll.
