$PNR 2Q15 Call: Core sales declined 2%, which is an improvement from the 4% core sales declines experienced in 1Q15. Free cash flow improved sequentially, but was behind last year's comparable level due to working capital timing. Revised 2015 adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $3.80 to $3.90, which excludes approx. $0.45 of non-cash amortization.
