$ES reported a slight rise in 3Q15 earnings due to lower integration costs. Net income rose slightly to $235.9MM from $234.6MM, while EPS remained flat at $0.74 from the previous year quarter. Excluding integration costs, net income was $237.6MM or $0.75 per share, which remained flat from last year. Revenue grew to $1.93Bil from $1.89Bil.
