$ISRG said that its pro forma revenue outside of the U.S. of $219MM in 4Q15, increased 11% compared with $198MM for 4Q14, and it increased 45% compared with $151MM last quarter. The increase compared with the previous year reflects higher system unit sales and higher recurring revenue driven by the procedure growth of 27%.
