Following three straight months of gains, US home resales dipped in Aug., according to the National Association of Realtors. Existing-home sales dropped 4.8% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.31MM units in Aug. Despite last month's decline, sales have risen YoverY for 11 consecutive months and are 6.2% above a year ago.
