$HES 2Q15 Call: On July 1, HES closed on sale of a 50% interest in the Bakken Midstream assets for cash consideration of $2.675Bil and formed a JV with Global Infrastructure Partners. At closing, the JV incurred $600MM of debt through a 5 years term loan A facility. Adjusted net loss was $147MM or $0.52 per share vs. net income of $1.38 in 2Q14.
