Specialty retailer of women's clothing $CHS said it closed sale of the Boston Proper direct-to-consumer business to Brentwood Associates for undisclosed terms. On Nov. 24, 2015, $CHS said that during 3Q15 it had signed non-binding LOI to sell business, consistent with its determination. $CHS sees sale to result in improved operating margins.
