$COL narrowed its FY16 total sales guidance to about $5.3Bil from previous forecast of $5.3-5.4Bil, and its EPS outlook to range of $5.50-5.55 from prior estimate of $5.45-5.65. The company also narrowed its cash flow from operations outlook to about $750MM from $750-850MM and its income tax rate projection to about 22.5% from 22-23%.
$KMB down close to 4% after it misses on earnings and revenue. Forecasts are lower for the year.
It is official, with $T buying $TWX, it looks like distributors want to own the content production too. Expect some good competition between Netflix ($NFLX), AT&T, Comcast ($CMCSA) and others. However, will this be good for the consumers will not be decided soon.
