Pediatric nutrition company $MJN posted lower 4Q15 net income of $128MM or $0.67 per diluted share vs. $158.4MM or $0.78 per diluted share in 4Q14, hurt by dividends and undistributed earnings attributable to unvested share based incentive plan awards. Net sales fell 6% on constant currency and 12% reported to $967MM for the quarter.
