$UHS 1Q15 10-Q: As of March 31, 2015, UHS had no borrowings outstanding pursuant to the terms of its $800MM revolving credit facility. The Company had $739MM of available borrowing capacity, net of $21MM of outstanding borrowings pursuant to a short-term, on-demand credit facility and $40MM of outstanding LOC.
