The world's largest chipmaker $INTC reported a drop in 2Q16 earnings due to a rise in restructuring and other charges as well as higher costs and expenses. Net income fell to $1.33Bil or $0.27 per share from $2.71Bil or $0.55 per share last year. Revenue grew to $13.53Bil from $13.2Bil. Non-GAAP EPS slid to $0.59 from $0.62.
