Julie Kim of Nomura asks about the main drivers for the online sales growth slowdown in the past couple of quarters. CEO Dennis Nelson said that $BKE changed platforms toward the end of May 2016, as it needed to move off its existing web-based platform. He added that the company had some bugs to work through due to this, which led to the slowdown.
