$HES' 1Q16 Midstream net income of $14MM rose from $11M in 4Q15 mainly due to lower operating costs. Bakken Midstream EBITDA, excluding the non-controlling interest amounted to $70MM in 1Q16 vs. $67MM in 4Q15. After-tax Corporate and Interest Expenses were $72MM vs. $79MM in 4Q15, excluding net charges of $32MM.
