Electronic hardware and software design products provider $MENT reported drop in 2Q17 earnings due to lower revenues as well as merger and acquisition-related weakness. Net income fell to $3.44MM or $0.03 per share from $31.21MM or $0.26 per share. Total revenues dropped to $254.34MM from $281.06MM. Non-GAAP EPS declined to $0.15 from $0.36.
