Sharpie and Parker pens maker $NWL reported lower 1Q16 results, hurt by interest and other expenses incurred in connection with the Jarden Corporation transaction. $NWL said net income fell 25% to $40.5MM, or $0.15 per share compared to $54.1MM, or $0.20 per share a year ago. Revenue rose 4% to $1.31Bil.
