Broadband services provider $VSAT reported a decrease in 1Q17 earnings hurt by higher expenses. Net income was $1.9MM or $0.04 per share in 1Q17 compared to $2.6MM or $0.05 per share in 1Q16. Adjusted net income was $11.3MM or $0.23 per share in 1Q17. Revenues grew 5.4% to $363.1MM compared to last year.
