$HOT's 3Q15 total vacation ownership and residential segment revenue grew $12MM to $169MM versus 3Q14. This was mainly due to an $8MM increase in originated contract sales of vacation ownership intervals and an $8MM increase in revenues from resort operations, partially offset by an increase in deferrals under the percentage of completion method.
