$O expects AFFO per share for 2016 of $2.85 to $2.90, an increase of 4.0% to 5.8%, respectively, over 2015 AFFO per share of $2.74. During 2Q16, $O sold 16 properties for $24.5MM, with a gain on sales of $8.7MM, as compared to five properties sold for $8.2MM, with a gain on sales of $3.7MM during the same quarter a year ago.
