Appliance manufacturer $WHR said that Larry Venturelli, EVP and CFO plans to retire in early 2017. As part of the planned transition, Venturelli will remain in his current capacity until Aug. 1, 2016, at which time Jim Peters, currently VP, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, will succeed Venturelli as EVP and CFO of the company.
