Organic products company $HAIN said it received a notification letter from Nasdaq stating that the company no longer complies with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of reports with the SEC. The notice was sent due to $HAIN's inability to file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 by August 29, 2016.
