$TSRA agreed to buy $DTSI for $42.50 per share, representing a 28% premium to $DTSI's 30-day volume weighted average price as of Sept. 19, 2016. The all-cash transaction is valued at about $850MM. The transaction will immediately add to $TSRA's EPS and free cash flow. Closing of the transaction is expected by late 4Q16 or early 1Q17.
